"The food was excellent and the menu Rob proposed was ideal for the group and the setting ... Rob handled all the wine, pairing the appropriate wine for each of the meal's four courses. We were also grateful for the professional manner in which Rob and Paul handled the event, including impressive chef's uniforms and providing a detailed description of each course before it was served. That helped to make it a really special dinner and evening. Rob and Paul will be our "go to" guys in the future."

"Rob did a fabulous job for us! We held a retirement celebration as part of our working retreat and I wanted it to be both an interactive and social time. Rob chose a menu allowing for our participation in the preparation along with plenty of time for socializing. The taste, quantity and presentation of our meal were excellent.
