Rob Provost retired from the United States Air Force after 20+ years as an Intelligence Officer. Paul Stanley (no, not the one from the rock band KISS) is a USAF veteran with more than eleven years of honorable service as a Weapons Loader. Both share a life-long passion for international cuisines and a seemingly boundless curiosity and appreciation for great beer and wine.
They first met as classmates in the professional culinary program at Colorado Culinary Academy (CCA) to pursue their love of cooking and build upon years of practical and intermittent formal cooking experience. Following graduation, both entered the food industry and later joined forces early in 2015 to launch Fly Boys, LLC. Both Rob and Paul continue to support their culinary school and the local Front Range military veteran community through Admissions and Military Outreach support to CCA and Vets-to-Chefs (TM).
